We connect with community through food and seeds as medicine. This is where the creation of Sandstone Farm began. As avid and experienced gardeners and farmers, we grow the majority of herbal/plant medicines that stock our small apothecary and more often than not supply the produce for our families’ meals. We host Food and Seeds as medicine workshops, gatherings, and teachings in the following ways:

With in depth experience growing and wildcrafting herbal and plant medicine along with our herbal education through working with plants as our own healers and learning from the elders in our community; we support others in finding comfort and confidence working with herbal and plant medicine for their wellness journeys.
